We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from iFix. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in our retail stores can be returned to any iFix location.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Online/Shipped Purchases

Items purchased through our website at iFix.com can be returned by mail.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ifixpros.com or 972-587-5171.

You will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send the item(s).

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.

Full refunds will be issued for item(s) returned in new, unused condition within 30 days.

Refurbished iPhones and Warranty Refurbished iPhones sold by iFix come with a 90-day warranty. During this warranty period, any manufacturer's defects will be repaired or the device will be replaced at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or wear and tear.
